We specialize in facilitating the purchase of cryptocurrencies, providing a seamless experience without imposing mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. Our platform fosters a secure environment for users to engage in transactions directly with one another, ensuring efficiency and reliability throughout the process.

3. User Eligibility

Users must meet the legal age requirement for engaging in cryptocurrency transactions according to the laws of their jurisdiction. By accessing our platform, you affirm that you meet the age requirement and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. Additionally, you are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with any other applicable laws or regulations relevant to your use of BeliBitcoin.cash.

4. No Account or Personal Information Needed

BeliBitcoin.cash does not collect any user data. Our platform operates without the necessity of user accounts or the gathering of personal information. Users can anonymously access and utilize our platform, ensuring privacy and security.

5. Trading Activities

BeliBitcoin.cash facilitates transactions where clients buy cryptocurrencies through our platform. We do not facilitate peer-to-peer transactions. All transactions on our platform occur when clients purchase cryptocurrencies directly through BeliBitcoin.cash. We do not retain custody of users' funds or act as a financial intermediary.

6. Payment Section

Transactions on BeliBitcoin.cash is exclusively conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We only support cash payments, and users are obligated to conduct all transactions in IDR. We do not currently support other currencies.

BeliBitcoin.cash operates independently and does not maintain formal or informal partnerships or affiliations with any governmental or institutional entities in Indonesia or any other country.
